Prescription Requirement

• Uploading a valid prescription is mandatory for all prescription-based medicines.

• You may upload the prescription before or after checkout.

• Medicines will only be dispensed upon verification of a valid prescription by our licensed pharmacist team.

• Over-the-counter (OTC) drugs can be purchased directly without a prescription.

Invalid or Non-Compliant Prescriptions

If the uploaded prescription:

• Is expired, incomplete, or unclear

• Does not match the ordered medicines

• Is not issued by a certified medical practitioner

• Appears tampered or digitally altered

Then it will be categorized as non-compliant and the order will be placed on hold.

Next Steps for Non-Compliant Orders

• You will be notified via email/WhatsApp to re-upload a valid prescription within 48 hours.

• If a valid prescription is not received within the timeframe, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

• Cancelled orders due to invalid prescriptions will be fully refunded within 5–7 working days.

• Returns are only accepted for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Quality concerns (subject to verification)

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after product inspection and approval.
