Pharmaceutical Products

• Orders requiring a prescription will be cancelled automatically if:

• A valid prescription is not uploaded within 48 hours of order placement

• The uploaded prescription is invalid, expired, incomplete, or non-compliant

• Customers will be notified via WhatsApp/email with a prompt to re-upload a valid prescription before cancellation.

• Orders may also be cancelled due to stock unavailability, regulatory restrictions, or technical issues. In such cases, full refunds will be initiated.

Development Projects:

• Cancellation allowed during consultation phase

• 48-hour window for project cancellation

• Refund based on work completed

• Design approvals are non-refundable milestones

Once development begins, cancellation requests will incur charges based on the stage of project progress:

• Initial Phase Completion
  ▸ Project scope finalized and initial setup completed
  ▸ Cancellation Charge: 25% of total project fee

• Development Milestone Reached
  ▸ Core modules and functionalities developed
  ▸ Cancellation Charge: 50% of total project fee

• Final Review Stage
  ▸ Full solution deployed for client review
  ▸ Cancellation Charge: 75% of total project fee

• Project Completion
  ▸ Project delivered and accepted
  ▸ Cancellation Charge: 100% of total project fee
  
   

Training and Mentorship Programs

Before Program Start:

• Full refund if cancelled 7 days before start date

• 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before start

• 25% refund if cancelled 1-3 days before start

• No refund if cancelled within 24 hours

After Program Start:

• No cancellation allowed once training begins

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

• For prepaid orders, no cancellation charges apply.

• Returns are accepted only for:

• Damaged or defective products

• Quality concerns, subject to verification

• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing video
