Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.mednucleus.in and any courses, mentorship plans, or sessions offered by MedNucleus ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for, purchasing, or using any MedNucleus plan or service, you ("student", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Policy Page covering plan-specific terms, refunds, privacy, and cookies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, booking a session, or otherwise using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all applicable plan-specific policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

  • Our courses, mentorship plans, and sessions are intended only for MBBS students (currently pursuing MBBS) or MBBS graduates preparing for NEET PG; they are not intended for any other category of user

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a plan

  • You confirm that you are using our services for genuine NEET PG examination preparation purposes as an MBBS student or graduate

  • Information provided during registration (name, email, phone number, academic details, including MBBS enrollment/degree status) must be accurate, current, and complete

  • MedNucleus reserves the right to request proof of MBBS student/graduate status and to refuse, suspend, or terminate access, without refund, if this eligibility criterion is not met or is found to be misrepresented

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Each account is intended for use by one individual student only and may not be shared. Please notify us immediately via www.mednucleus.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout

  • Payments are accepted through the payment methods made available on the website (cards, UPI, net banking, or other gateways as offered)

  • Access to a plan is granted only upon successful payment confirmation; failed or pending transactions do not entitle access

  • In case of duplicate or erroneous payment due to a technical error, please contact support for resolution

5. Plan-Specific Terms

Each plan (including Premium Mentorship, Course + Mentorship Plan, Mentorship Demo Plan, and NEET PG 1-on-1 Mentoring Session) carries its own validity period, refund policy, and scheduling terms, as detailed on our Policy Page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a plan-specific policy, the plan-specific policy shall prevail for matters specific to that plan.

6. Content Disclaimer

All medical content delivered through MedNucleus — including courses, mentorship sessions, testing points, and any other form of teaching or guidance — is provided for educational and preparatory purposes only and is non-binding on MedNucleus. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy by referring to standard textbooks and leveraging AI-assisted tools, along with a manual review process prior to publishing or making content available to students, MedNucleus does not guarantee that the content is completely free of errors, omissions, or discrepancies with future exam patterns or evolving medical literature. Students are encouraged to cross-verify critical information with standard reference sources.

7. Intellectual Property

All course material, testing points, mentor content, logos, designs, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of MedNucleus or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproducing, reselling, sharing, or redistributing this content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination & Suspension of Access

MedNucleus reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's access to any plan or the website, without refund, in cases of misuse, fraud, non-payment, sharing of account/content, abusive behaviour towards mentors or staff, or violation of these Terms or any plan-specific policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

MedNucleus provides its website, courses, and mentorship services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedNucleus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to exam outcomes, arising from your use of our content or services.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedNucleus, its mentors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Force Majeure

MedNucleus shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivering sessions or content due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, technical failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected sessions.

12. Changes to These Terms

MedNucleus reserves the right to modify these Terms, plan features, pricing, or related policies at any time. Material changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your plan.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Assignment

MedNucleus may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without prior notice to you. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Policy Page (covering plan-specific policies, refunds, privacy, and cookies), constitute the entire agreement between you and MedNucleus regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede any prior verbal or written understanding.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where MedNucleus is registered.
