Mednucleus — Terms & Conditions for NEET PG Services

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, mentorship programs, testing points, counselling guidance, and related preparation services designed for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) aspirants.

By registering, enrolling, or purchasing any service through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with enrollment or payment.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Target Audience: Our services are curated specifically for MBBS graduates, interns, and medical professionals preparing for NEET PG / INI-CET and participating in state/national medical counselling.

  • Accuracy of Information: Aspirants must provide authentic, accurate personal and academic credentials (including name, phone number, email ID, MBBS college, and exam registration/score details where applicable).

  • Account Integrity: Sharing resources or session links with third parties will lead to immediate access termination without notice or refund.

2. Service Categories & Specific Undertakings

A. NEET PG Mentorship Programs (Discovery call, 1-on-1 & Premium Mentorship)

  • Scope of Guidance: Mentorship covers strategic planning, Grand Test (GT) score analysis, schedule planner, high-yield subject testing points and performance reviews. Mentors offer academic guidance based on experience and testing methodologies.

  • For single sessions (e.g., 45-minute 1-on-1 sessions), slots must be booked through the official website.

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled slot.

  • "No-shows" (failure to attend the scheduled call within 10 minutes of start time) will result in forfeiture of the session without rescheduling or credit.

  • Mentor Availability: In case of unavailibity of the mentor, Mednucleus reserves the right to reschedule the session or assign an equally qualified peer mentor.

  • No Guarantee of Rank: Mentorship is an advisory service. While our mentors share proven frameworks, Mednucleus does not guarantee specific ranks, cut-offs, or seat allocations.

B. Exam Preparation Courses & Testing Modules

  • Intellectual Property: All Testing points are the exclusive intellectual property of Mednucleus

  • Usage Restrictions: Screen-recording, copying, reproducing, distributing via Telegram/WhatsApp channels, or publicly sharing any Mednucleus content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a copyright violation subject to legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

  • Access Period: Access remains valid solely for the duration specified in the enrolled plan. Access terminates automatically upon cycle completion.

C. NEET PG Counselling Guidance & Seat Allocation Support

  • Counselling services (including choice filling, college preference lists, state vs. All India Quota [AIQ] rank analytics, fee structure reviews, and bond condition evaluations) are purely analytical and advisory.

  • Mednucleus does not influence seat allotments, management/NRI quota seats, or admission authority decisions.

3. Pricing Plans, Payments & Strict No-Refund Policy

A. Pricing Structure

  • All fees (e.g., 1-on-1 personal mentorship, 1-Year Premium Mentorship, Choice Filling packages) are clearly stated on our website or payment checkout pages.

  • Prices are subject to periodic revision. However, fee increases will not affect already-purchased active subscriptions.

B. Strict No-Refund Policy

  • All payments made for paid services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Because our services involve immediate resource allocation, digital material distribution, reserved mentor time, and proprietary strategy disclosures, no full or partial refunds, chargebacks, or credit transfers will be entertained under any circumstances.

4. Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity

  • Aspirants must maintain professional and respectful communication with mentors, student support staff, and fellow peers in community forums.

  • Harassment, abusive language, inappropriate conduct, or defamation across social media/forums will lead to immediate cancellation of services and revocation of all access without refund.

5. WhatsApp Communication & Group Policy

  • Official Communication: WhatsApp is used for mentorship coordination, session reminders, updates, announcements, and support. By enrolling, you consent to WhatsApp communication.

  • Personal Mentorship Groups: MedNucleus may create dedicated WhatsApp groups including the aspirant, mentor, and support team. Phone numbers will be visible to group members. Adding outsiders or spamming is prohibited.

  • Group Management: MedNucleus may create, modify, delete groups, or remove participants at its sole discretion without prior notice.

  • Professional Conduct: All communication must remain respectful and professional. Abuse, harassment, offensive language, spam, or misuse of groups is strictly prohibited.

  • Service Suspension: Misconduct may lead to group removal, service suspension, or cancellation without notice or refund.

  • Confidentiality: Content shared in groups is for personal use only and must not be forwarded, shared, or distributed without permission.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or services provided by Mednucleus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city where Mednucleus has its registered administrative office.
