1. Introduction

This Policy Page sets out the terms applicable to all paid and free plans offered by MedNucleus ("we", "us", "our") on www.mednucleus.in, along with our general website, privacy, and cookie practices. By purchasing or registering for any MedNucleus plan, or by using our website, you agree to the terms described below. Please read the section relevant to your plan carefully, along with the general terms that apply across all plans.

2. Premium Mentorship — Plan Policy

Premium Mentorship is priced at ₹72,000 and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It provides a dedicated personal mentor to guide your NEET PG preparation journey.

What's Included

  • 12 Expert Mentoring Sessions (1-on-1, scheduled with your assigned mentor)

  • Weekly performance reviews

  • Monthly preparation checklists

  • Additional Life Coach / Wellness Professional support for overall well-being

  • Access to the 2026 Testing Points Course

  • Access to the 2027 Testing Points Course

  • Lifetime access to course content

Validity & Scheduling

Mentorship access and the 12 included sessions must be used within the 12-month validity period. Sessions are scheduled by mutual availability; a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Unused sessions do not carry over once the 12-month period ends, though lifetime course content access remains unaffected.

Refunds & Cancellation

Refund requests raised within 7 days of purchase and before the first mentoring session is availed are eligible for a full refund. Once a mentoring session has been conducted, or after 7 days from purchase (whichever is earlier), the plan is non-refundable. Plan fees are non-transferable to another individual.

Mentor Reassignment

MedNucleus will make reasonable efforts to retain a consistent mentor throughout your journey. In case of mentor unavailability, a replacement mentor of equivalent expertise will be assigned at no extra cost, with continuity of your progress records.

Student Responsibilities

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time and come prepared with queries/progress updates

  • Complete assigned checklists and homework between sessions

  • Communicate rescheduling needs at least 24 hours in advance

3. Course + Mentorship Plan — Plan Policy

The Course + Mentorship Plan is priced at ₹3,499 and is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. It provides access to 19-Subject Testing Points along with a short mentoring engagement to support your NEET PG preparation.

  • One Mentoring Session — 45 minutes

  • Full access to the Short Course on NEET PG Testing Points 2026

  • Additional PYQ (Previous Year Questions) Mapping of Topics for 5 years

  • Additional sub-topic wise Testing Points for all 19 Subjects

  • Exclusive 24x7 WhatsApp support group with mentors

  • Lifetime access to course content

Validity & Scheduling

This plan and its included mentoring session are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. The mentoring session must be scheduled and availed within this validity window; it does not carry forward beyond the 2-month period. Lifetime access to course content is unaffected by the expiry of the validity window. All scheduling must be done exclusively through www.mednucleus.in — sessions booked or requested through any other channel (phone, email, or WhatsApp) will not be honoured. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule the mentoring session, and any reschedule must also be done through the website.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is a No Refund plan. Once purchased, the fee of ₹3,499 is final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage, partial usage, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. The plan is also non-transferable to another individual.

WhatsApp Support Group

Access to the 24x7 WhatsApp support group is intended for genuine academic queries and is moderated by MedNucleus mentors. Misuse, spamming, or sharing of course content outside the group may result in removal from the group without affecting other plan benefits.

Student Responsibilities

  • Schedule and attend the mentoring session via www.mednucleus.in within the 2-month validity period

  • Use the WhatsApp support group respectfully and only for academic queries

  • Do not share, resell, or redistribute course content or testing points material

4. Mentorship Demo Plan — Plan Policy

The Mentorship Demo Plan is a free (₹0) discovery session, valid for 7 days from the date of registration. It is designed to help mentors understand your requirements and assess fit before you commit to a paid mentorship plan.

What's Included

  • One Discovery Session — 30 minutes

  • Understanding of your requirements by mentors

  • Conducted by a Basic Mentor only — this demo session does not include access to Senior or Expert Mentors, which are reserved for paid plans

Validity & Scheduling

This demo session is valid for 7 days from the date of registration and must be scheduled and availed within this window. Scheduling must be done exclusively through www.mednucleus.in; requests made through any other channel will not be honoured. Sessions not booked or attended within the 7-day validity period will lapse automatically and cannot be extended or reissued.

Nature of the Session

This is a discovery/orientation session only, intended to understand your NEET PG preparation needs and explain how MedNucleus mentorship can help. It does not include subject teaching, testing points, or personalised study planning — these are part of paid mentorship plans.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

As this plan is offered free of cost, no payment is collected and no refund is applicable. MedNucleus reserves the right to limit one Demo Plan per student.

Student Responsibilities

  • Schedule and attend the session via www.mednucleus.in within the 7-day validity period

  • Come prepared to share your preparation stage and requirements clearly

  • Understand that this session is with a Basic Mentor and is not a subject-teaching or testing-points session

5. NEET PG 1-on-1 Mentoring Session — Plan Policy

The NEET PG 1-on-1 Mentoring Session is a 45-minute one-on-one session with a MedNucleus mentor, currently offered at ₹599 (Pre-Exam Support Offer, list price ₹699). It is designed to give focused, personalised guidance on your NEET PG preparation strategy.

Scheduling

This session can only be booked and scheduled through www.mednucleus.in. Bookings, rescheduling, or session requests made through phone, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel will not be honoured. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a booked session, and rescheduling must also be done via the website.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is a No Refund session. Once booked and paid for, the fee is final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-attendance, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. The session slot is also non-transferable to another individual. Students who miss their scheduled session without rescheduling in advance will forfeit the session.

Best Practices for Your Session

  • Join 5 minutes early and test your internet, audio, and video before the session starts

  • Prepare specific questions or topics in advance to make the most of the 45 minutes

  • Keep your NEET PG progress notes, mock scores, or weak areas handy for reference

  • Use a quiet, well-lit space and a stable internet connection for an uninterrupted session

  • Note down action points and follow-up tasks shared by your mentor by the end of the session

  • Reach out via www.mednucleus.in in advance if you need to reschedule, rather than missing the slot

6. General Terms Applicable to All Plans

Content Disclaimer

All medical content delivered through MedNucleus — including courses, mentorship sessions, testing points, and any other form of teaching or guidance — is provided for educational and preparatory purposes only and is non-binding on MedNucleus. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy by referring to standard textbooks and leveraging AI-assisted tools, along with a manual review process prior to publishing or making content available to students, MedNucleus does not guarantee that the content is completely free of errors, omissions, or discrepancies with future exam patterns or evolving medical literature. Students are encouraged to cross-verify critical information with standard reference sources.

Fair Usage

Course content, testing points, mentoring session recordings (if any), and other materials provided under any plan are for the personal, non-commercial use of the enrolled student only. Sharing, reselling, reproducing, or redistributing this content in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

Force Majeure

MedNucleus shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivering sessions or content due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, technical failures, natural disasters, or other events of force majeure. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected sessions.

Changes to Plans & Policies

MedNucleus reserves the right to modify plan features, pricing, or these policies at any time. Material changes will be updated on this Policy Page, and the version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your plan.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where MedNucleus is registered.

7. Website Terms of Use

By accessing or using www.mednucleus.in, you agree to the following terms of use.

Acceptable Use

  • You will use the website only for lawful purposes related to your own NEET PG preparation

  • You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
